Staying in Saas-Fee

Saas-Fee is a car-free village at an altitude of 1,800 metres, surrounded by thirteen peaks over 4,000 metres high, including the Dom, the highest mountain entirely within Switzerland. Visitors get around on foot or by electric shuttle, amongst old chalets and barns built on stilts.

The Allalin Glacier guarantees snow at high altitude for much of the year. Our accommodation in Saas-Fee and Saas-Grund brings this high-mountain setting within easy reach for a family holiday.

Winter

A ski resort rising to 3,600 metres at Mittelallalin, with reliable snow from autumn to spring. The car-free village makes for a particularly peaceful stay, especially with children.

Summer

Guided glacier walks, scenic trails overlooking the 4,000-metre peaks, tame marmots on the outskirts of the village, and summer skiing on the glacier during certain months.
