« We had a wonderful stay at the Heiwa apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and the communication from the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how organized and thoughtful everything was, which made travelling with our toddler much easier and more comfortable. « Good value, good communication, apartment is clean and well stocked, but very small and a bit complicated to move into with steep streets and narrow staircases to deal with. Also the 5pm check-in is inconveniently late. »
