« Bien passé, belle vue sur lesmontagnes. Cuisine très petite, et il manquait un micro-ondes, et surtout la bouilloire annoncée, mais manquante... Il faudrait prévoir un plan des rangements de cuisine (J'ai cherché longtemps où étaient les couverts). Merci pour les ingrédients d'arrivée (scre, sel, etc) Nus avons déposé nos remarques à Alex à notre départ vendredi 21/09 car mauvais temps »

« Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und trotzdem nah am Stadtzentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Touristeninformation und Funiculaire. Das Betreuungsteam von "Heiwa House" hat alle unsere Anfragen sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. »

« The apartment was comfortable for 3 people and a nice place to stay during our time in Crans Montana. It is close to town, and everything you need is easily accessible walking or by bus. The apartment was easy to find from the train station and it had a lovely view from the balcony and very nice light in the mornings. One thing to note - a few of the appliances didn't work (oven, 1/2 of the stove), which the hosts are aware of and plan to fix. The hosts were responsive and polite, although strict about check-in and check out times. Overall, we had a really nice stay, and the apartment was everything we needed. »
