The place
A cosy flat for 6 people, ideal for holidays in Nendaz whatever the season. Bright and welcoming, it offers the perfect setting to unwind after a day’s skiing or in the mountains. Close to shops and the ski lifts, everything is within walking distance. In summer, hikes and iconic irrigation channels await you. 2 bedrooms plus a separate living room, for optimal comfort with family or friends.
A cosy and practical flat for 6 people, ideal for making the most of Nendaz all year round. It comprises a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, and a separate living room fitted with a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm), providing three distinct sleeping areas.
The flat has a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower suitable for people with reduced mobility, a separate and well-equipped kitchen, and a practical entrance hall for storing skis, boots and mountain equipment. The fireplace is decorative and, unfortunately, cannot be used. A pleasant and well-designed flat, perfect for a holiday in the mountains with family or friends.
There are no additional costs to expect, apart from the tourist tax, which is payable after booking. This tax, levied by Swiss local authorities, funds local tourist and cultural facilities.

« La casa è proprio in mezzo alla cittadina e il parcheggio è molto comodo. La connessione wifi è veramente ottima e per me che ho dovuto lavorare è stato estremamente utile. La cucina è fornita di tutto e l'area è molto tranquilla. Ci sono diverse attrazoni a meno di un'ora di distanza così come è comodissima la cabinovia che porta a 2200mt dove è possibile fare tante camminate. Al mattino la casa tende ad essere molto calda e consiglio di tenere giù le tapparelle lato est. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due e la casa è stata più che appropriata ma ha un bagno solo (sono due ma di fatto entrambi non hanno i servizi completi). »

« Pour les étoiles moins bonnes, bruyants non pas cause la rue principale mais du fait d'un groupe bruyant au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble juste à côté. Rapport qualité prix j ai déjà payé ce prix mais pour un appartement plus grand. A ec 3 enfants ont été un peu a l étroit. »
