« L’appartement correspond à la description : propre et bien équipé. La literie est confortable. La présence de jeux de société à disposition est un vrai plus. Tout s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. Nous avons toutefois rencontré un problème dès notre arrivée avec la télécommande de la barrière du parking. Finalement, grâce à l’aide de Heiwa nous avons compris qu’il fallait approcher la télécommande à une trentaine de centimètres pour qu’elle fonctionne, ce qui n’est pas toujours possible depuis l’intérieur de la voiture. Le propriétaire nous a contactés le lendemain afin de s’assurer que tout était rentré dans l’ordre après ce dérangement, et a promis de remplacer la télécommande pour que cela ne se reproduise plus. Le reste de notre séjour s’est déroulé parfaitement. :) »

« Sehr saubere, gut beheizte, renovierte Wohnung. Das Haus selbst ist schon älter und hellhörig. Der Winterdienst funktioniert gut. Der kleine Kellerraum ist nicht leicht zu finden, aber ausreichend, um Skier und Skistiefel über Nacht trocken abzustellen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren von guter Qualität und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Buslinie 432 fährt alle 45 Minuten direkt vor dem Wohnkomplex ab, drei Haltestellen später ist man an der Seilbahn Arnouva, dem zentralen Einstieg ins Skigebiet. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger sind ebenfalls mit dem Bus erreichbar. Jimmy und sein Team haben uns gut betreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Crans-Montana genossen. »
